1. How is my order shipped?
Customers' orders are shipped in a Lux Looks gift box.
2. My package was stolen/lost:
Domestic packages are shipped with USPS, and international orders are shipped with Fedex. Lux Looks is responsible for ensuring your package is accepted (first entrance scan) at the post office. Once in transit, Lux Looks is not responsible for packages that are stolen/lost/have delivery problems. We advise customers to file a claim or a missing package search request with USPS or Fedex.
